Ben and his team did a phenomenal job with the installation of a new heat pump and ducted system in our 100 year old home. He was extremely communicative and an excellent owner operator. He was fair, honest, and everyone on the team was the same way - from the crew to the office. We had an issue with cooling a few weeks after installation and Ben took the time to repair / diagnose the issue expeditiously, as well as ensure follow up that everything was going smoothly. I could not speak more highly of Evergreen Heating and Cooling. Ben and his team are absolutely top notch. I had heat pump installation with completely new duct work with a multi zone system running both a ducted air handler and a ductless unit. From the start of the process they made me feel confident in choosing them and I felt heard in the needs for my home. They made applying for permits and inspection seamless. Their communication both directly to the owner as well as his office staff was always friendly, accessible, efficient and effective. His team on site was extremely kind and professional and their work goes above and beyond. The attention to detail, tidiness and quality of work they performed in my home should be the industry standard. These folks just finished installing a Daikin heat pump for a basement. Absolutely brilliant work. Very clean and very professional. Their team is down to business, well trained and very polite. I am very very happy with how they did the install. This is the second job these guys did for us... They did our dual fuel Bosch last year and it has been a fantastic upgrade to our home. Got us through the winter with no problems and sipped electricity at a minimum level during the summer. And just as this job was the install was immaculate. Highly recommended. Update... I just had these guys in still a 3 head to ton mitsubishi mini split so I can have efficient temperature control in our bedroom. Everything was working great until it wasn't. Now any company  or install or I should say great reviews providing the hardware delivers.  The real test is when something goes wrong. Well some crazy thing is going wrong with our unit. I don't wanna drag any companies name down so I'm not gonna mention what the unit is at this point but suffice to say we've had to replace the unit twice. There were questions about what was actually going wrong. I will say Ben and his crew have not given up.  Ben has worked directly with the manufacturer to try to find the problem with our system and they continue to search for answers. Well it's definitely a little frustrating getting a system that has a unique problem but it's very comforting knowing that Evergreen is on top of things. So even though I've annoyed them a little bit they've stuck by me. I'll update this when a solution has been found one way or another.  So while sometimes things don't go perfectly if you have a good company working with you  that is all you can really ask for.  Problems occur... Evergreen Heating & Cooling is one of a kind. They are great people that do even better work. My hot water tank started leaking fast just weeks after closing on a new home. Ben and his team were professional, returned calls and did an amazing job at installing our entire boiler/air conditioner system.  They went the extra mile to fix all existing ductwork. I was in need of a new oil fed boiler and called a local contractor who had worked for me in the past. I wanted a recommendation for a qualified installer.  He gave me the phone number for Evergreen.  Ben responded to my interest immediately and provide a very competitive quote. His installations team arrived on time, were neat and helpful.  Ben also spent time with me explaining why the boiler he recommend was the correct one for my home. We loved our experience with Evergreen HVAC. Before installing our 2 ducted heat pumps in our multifamily home, Ben took the time time to explain the process in detail. We are excited to say goodbye to our old gas heaters in favor of sleek, modern electric heaters. But best of all: we now will have AC in the summer. Shoutout to the Evergreen team. My 25-yr old furnace was giving some trouble over the last several years. Ben (owner) came the next morning and spent more than an hour going over the pros and cons of repairs vs new furnace. I decided on new. After agreeing to the easy-to-read contract and paying the deposit, the new furnace arrived the next day. Ben came the following day at 7:20 am sharp, and with his team (family members) completed the job in a few hours. They were friendly, efficient, and the work area was left clean.
